To help serve you we stock almost everything on this site for quick shipment. We ship out of 3 warehouses to get your order to you asap. To expedite your order choose our 3 day select option. We personally handle all of your warranty problems.

All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada and all international locations will be billed additional shipping charges. You can request a shipping quote before the item ships. Once the item ships you will be responsible for the full amount of the shipping, no exceptions.

Complete beds are shipped UPS or LTL (larger truck)

Softside beds are shipped on larger LTL trucks. These carriers will contact you before they attempt delivery to your house. You will be able to schedule the delivery when it is a convenient time for you. Please allow 10 days from the time the order is placed for delivery. Sometimes it is less than 10 days. Always inspect all boxes and make sure everything is present and in good condition. If you are not sure call us while driver is present and discuss the issue.

Woodframe waterbeds sometimes are shipped UPS (5 board padded, 5 board wood, hoop bed) these generally arrive in 2 weeks or less and you dont have to be home for delivery. Bookcase waterbeds and drawer pedestals are shipped on the larger trucks and basically have the same delivery schedule as softside waterbeds (see above). When truck arrives never sign received in good condition, unless you are absolutely sure that all items are present and in good condition. If there is any doubt please call us toll free and discuss the matter while the driver is still present.

Padded rail caps will take 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. 3 piece rail caps ordered in black, light brown or dark brown are always in stock and ship UPS on the first available business day.
